AsfiAutobahn covers the A1 Westautobahn — Austria's most important motorway connecting Salzburg to Vienna. If you're driving from Germany to Vienna, you'll pass through Lower Austria. This guide explains the vignette, rules and what to expect.

We are based in St. Pölten, Lower Austria, Austria and cover the motorway network in our region: A1 Westautobahn, A21.

Our focus: helping European travellers entering Austria from Germany (via Salzburg/A1), Czech Republic (Gmünd) understand the vignette system and avoid fines.
